The Doe Mill neighborhood is a 48-acre development built in 2002 which includes single-family homes, four-plexes and bungalows all on slightly smaller lots and in one tight-knit community. All of these craftsman style homes were designed to be a live-work community with many homes offering carriage houses above their garages. Heritage Partners designed and planned the community in the great American neighborhood tradition of slow-speed streets and neighborhood greens but with all the modern amenities.
The entrance to the community is close to highway 99 and right off of Bruce Road and at the back of the acreage is plenty of great nature walks through the oak trees and along the Little Chico Creek. Little Chico Creek School is the Chico Unified School District’s designated school.
